SPRING CRAFT SHOW VENDOR INFORMATION

Interested in becoming a vendor for our Wild About Moms Spring Craft Show on Sunday, May 10, 2026, 9 am - 4 pm?

Registration Deadline: May 4, 2026

Registration Vendor Fees & Info:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! All areas are first-come, first serve!

All vendors will provide their own tablecloths. Please NO live plants, and NO balloons allowed.

Vendors must stay until the event has concluded at 4 PM.

• $50 - Inside the Conference Center - Limited space ; 8 ft x 8 ft ; Up to 2 tables ; Limited electricity available
• $50 - Outside Under Shade Structure on Restaurant Patio - Limited space ; 8 ft x 8 ft ; Up to 2 tables ; No electricity
• $40 - Outside on Grassy Lawn Area Across from Restaurant - Bring Your Own tables, chairs & tents ; 10 ft x 10 ft - No electricity

No duplicate vendors. Only 1 commercial/MLM vendor per company (like Scentsy, Pampered Chef, JBloom, etc. The list of taken vendors will be listed below as they register.)

Rolling Hills Zoo is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please review your purchase details carefully before completing your vendor registration!

If you decide you no longer want to be a vendor and attend this event, refunds are not available. Your purchase becomes a meaningful donation that directly supports the animals in our care - and they greatly appreciate it.
