Recommended Age for Guest of Honor: Ages 1 - 12
Please note that balloons are not allowed on the Zoo premises. If even one balloon were to accidentally escape going to or from your party, it could endanger the lives of our animals should it fall into an animal’s habitat. Thank you for your understanding.
THE GREAT OUTDOOR BIRTHDAY BASH
Length of Party: 1 Hour + an extended 30 minutes each for the following additional add-ons: A visit to Kid's Country or 3 Animal Encounters

Available Times: All parties must occur during the Zoo's operating hours: Peak-Season: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. | Off-Season: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Location: Picnic Shelter
Price: FREE! First-Come, First-Served
Bring your own treats and utilize the Zoo's picnic shelter FREE OF CHARGE during the Zoo's normal operating hours (see above).
Space is
not reserved and is first-come, first-served. You are responsible for picking up trash and tidying up the area when the party is over.
ADD-ONS TO YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTYKid's Country Visit • $100An RHZ Attendant will accompany your group (maximum of 20 guests) to Kid's Country where your party guests will be able to feed animals, including the sheep & goats. This add-on is for a visit to Kid's Country ONLY and does not include Zoo admission.
Animal Encounters • $100A member of the RHZ Education Team will visit your party with three Ambassador Animals*. Your guests will have the opportunity to get up close to these animals and learn more about each one.
Must be booked two weeks in advance and to confirm availability!
*Ambassador Animals are chosen depending on availability.
The birthday party package price does not include Zoo & Wildlife Museum admission.

SAFARI CELEBRATION BIRTHDAY PARTY
Length of Party: 1 Hour + extended time each for the following additional add-ons: Animal Encounters (see details & pricing below) and/or Private Tram.
Available Times: All parties must occur during the Zoo's operating hours: Peak-Season: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. | Off-Season: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Location: Safari Station
Price: $300. Booked upon availability:
- $50 security deposit required at the time of booking, which can be applied to the cost of the package on the day of the party if the area is cleaned and no damages.
- A party host will be there to meet-and-greet and then to secure the building once the party is over.
- Parties held rain or shine.
- To uphold health and safety standards, birthday parties are limited to a maximum of 20 guests, including the birthday child and family.
RHZ Safari Celebration Birthday Party Includes:
- 1 hour in Safari Station
- Koi pond fish feeding
- Games that are available in area
- Cupcake cake (as shown above), water, and lemonade
- Napkins
- Party favors for each child
- Special backpack for birthday child
- Admission to the Zoo & Wildlife Museum for up to 15 people
- 5 additional guests may be added for $100
