For the past few years, the "fuzzy animals" from Rolling Hills Zoo have gotten a bit restless and have made their playful escape to Salina's vibrant downtown area. This year, these mischievous creatures are back and ready to celebrate the RHZ's 25th Anniversary in style! Rumor has it they'll be donning clever costumes to conceal their identities, making this year's hunt more exciting than ever.
We need all our young trackers to help us spot these elusive animals throughout the downtown area during the two-week event. With twice the fun and double the prizes this year, it's an adventure you won't want to miss! Participants who start tracking early have the advantage of two chances to win fantastic prizes.
To join the fun, simply pick up your tracking card starting the week of July 8th. Then, beginning on July 15th, explore downtown Salina, keeping your eyes peeled for the cleverly disguised animals. Once you spot them, mark your tracking card and return your completed card to Salina Downtown’s office for a chance to win some big prize drawings!
Drawings will take place at the Farmer & Art Market on both Saturday, July 20th and Saturday, July 27th. With exciting prizes up for grabs and the chance to be part of a grand celebration, The Great Escape promises endless fun for all young trackers.
